I ordered these boots a few months ago for a event and I wanted to wait until the event was over to write my review....Over the course of 2 days, I had to wear these boots for 16 to 18 hours. Never have I had a pair of shoes or boots I could wear for that long without my feet getting sore, especially if I was on my feet all day like I was with this event. Not only were my feet comfortable for the whole time, I probably could have kept wearing them longer than the time I need to. They are clearly well crafted and great quality!Aa for customer service, I misread the size charts so I end up getting the wrong size and I had to return the boots returned and get a new pair. Their customer service was more than willing to work with me and make sure that I got exactly the size I needed. I had no problems with refunds and we were able to get everything taken care of over the phone without any problems.I would in a heartbeat but another pair of boots from these people if I was in a spot where I needed to.

Very nice boots .. very upset they did not feet me , the tube is to small to be regular .. I’m skinny legs . And still can’t get my foot in I returned

this is a really great boot, stylish and comfortable. I work for a Renaissance/Re-enactment type entertainment and purchased these as an additional piece of footwear for particularly heavy performance days. Boot pulls are needed, and it is not stated in the description, so I had to order some new boot pull separately. I've worn them for a total of six 12 hour performance days so far, after the first 2 days I did invest in some boot insoles to make them more comfortable and they have remained comfortable since. I will admit while they fit nicely and look GREAT, you will need assistance in having them removed by the end of the day. As you break them in removing the boot becomes easier but you will need the help of another, preferably strong, person to help pull them off. I have gone through less than desirable conditions including rain, mud, grass, gravel, sand, and hard wood stage surfaces and they still look good with a quick wipe down at the end of the day with some saddle soap and a soft cloth. For the price and the quality combined, with the abuse I have given these boots thus far, you could not ask for a better riding boot.

Hello, Mansoor. I'm a bit confused, as I have returned these particular boots 11 wide, for an 11 2 plus. Is customer Service not aware? They created a return label for me, which I used before I ordered the 2nd pair. Thank you.

I don't know anything about dressage or horse riding, but I got these for an obi-wan costume I was making and, while expensive, they worked really good. Don't ask me why I was willing to spend $220 on a pair of boots for a costume, but I did. Regardless, the first time they were very hard to put on and even harder to take off, but the next time they loosened up a little, so after a couple more times it should go much easier. I will say a little of the stitching snapped as I was trying to pull them on, but I'm sure that has much more to do with my not knowing technique than it does with build quality. I typically wear a size 12.5 and I got a size 12.5 regular calf. I might have needed a larger calf, but these work fine for what I'm doing with them.Don't recommend for obi-wan cosplay unless you like being financially irresponsible like me. Couldn't tell you if they're any good for horse riding though.
