These boardshorts are fun and the liner makes them more comfortable, especially when body surfing as they help keep sand out of places one would rather not have sand. The outer material/board short is a nice soft material that dries quickly and stays wrinkle free. I'm 5'9"/177, typically a 32" waist and went with a large due to the comments about the liner being tight; not the case for me and I have larger thighs from being an avid cyclist. I'd say the waist fit is relaxed and the liner fit is maybe a bit more loose than I'd prefer but still fine.

These swim trunks seem to be a decent quality but run very small. The pink sharks are awesome and the shorts look very nice but unfortunately aren’t going to fit my husband or son.

I spend a lot of time in the pool and ocean. The swim trunks with the full liner like these are very comfortable to wear. The material is pretty nice too. I have quite a few pairs of the Chubbies brand and these are very similar. Not quite the same quality but they are less than half the price. It’s a great pair of swim shorts for the price. These are the shorter style and nearly the exact same size as the Chubbies 5.5†shorts. I wear a size large and I’m 6’2†and about 190lbs. It’s overall great set of trunks!!

Love the compression liner. Always been concerned that my biscuit and gravy will be seen when the shorts are loose and the compression liner makes it so that only the pink liner will be seen.Fun that the liner is pink and matches the pink sharks. The liner has an inside pocket as well. I sure how it’d be used in reality but pretty neat. Love that the side pockets are zipper pockets, no more losing keys or credit cards. They are the no show type of zippers where they’re a bit hidden. The back right cheek has a Velcro pocket.Don’t love that it is a shiny swooshy material. I think of them similar to boxing shorts material.The build quality is meh, pretty okayish. See the last picture to see the inside sewing. For $30 the shorts are an okay value.

I can't believe I haven't found a pair like this before. Long days at the beach always equal eventual pain from thighs rubbing together. These fit great. Look fantastic - I love the different print options, they are unique. Another great feature is the zippered pockets, which means sand can't get in! I'm going to be ordering more of these for sure.The fit was also pretty good, I'm wearing 34 inch pants now and the large size fits me perfectly and I feel like when I lose a couple inches this year (fingers crossed) that the large will still fit.

These swim trunks have a decent design and feel well-made. The palm tree pattern is adequate, but what truly stands out is the smooth compression liner. As someone who has been swimming in frigid Pacific Ocean water twice a week for ten years, I have worn more than a dozen swim trunks with mesh liners. The issue with mesh liners is that they create friction over time, irritating my skin. In contrast, the compression liner in these trunks significantly reduces friction and provides added warmth.Made from 92% polyester and 8% spandex, these trunks are quick-drying, stretchy, durable, and lightweight. They also feature an elastic waistband with a drawstring for a secure fit, even in strong waves. Storage-wise, there are small zippered pockets on each side and a Velcro pocket on the back.These swim trunks are breathable, comfortable, and versatile enough for both swimming and casual wear. However, for American men, the length might be a drawback—these trunks are shorter than the typical knee-length style many prefer.Durability remains to be seen, and I’ll update my review if they don’t hold up over time. For now, they perform well, and I recommend them.
