Very good gameplay when it's on a level table or floor.It plays just like most of the late 1970's and early 80's solid state arcade pinball machines. The playfield is well designed so when you flip the ball towards an area or object, you can predict most of the time where it's going to return on its way back.(Characteristics of a real fullsize pinball machine) The pinball doesn't just go into the outlanes or drain down the middle past the flippers if you learn where to flip it.The PAC-MAN theme with the music, lights and sound just add to the experience. Now it is loud and the manufacturer should have added a volume control but it's a little pinball machine; it's grindy and clunky but kids don't care if they like the toy. Now my issue with it. I purchased three units (2 for me and 1 for my grandson) and one of the 3 round bumpers stopped working on my game. I'd say about after twenty plays it started to get weak and intermittent then finally stopped to a grinding halt(literally) but the other two machines are working fine. If the makers would improve the jet bumper quality and add that volume control, it would be excellent. In my honest experienced opinion, this is the best tabletop pinball toy that plays like a classic full size pinball machine especially if you can get it for less than $100.00. By the way I have few real arcade pinball machines (Circus Voltaire, Johnny mnemonic and Whirlwind) A suggestion to the manufacturer if they reiterate the PAC-MAN theme: Alongside the above improvements they should put a little flasher right at the ball reentry hole so kids can know when it's going to come out. Also program the " police siren's" tempo to increase (like the arcade video game)when a player keeps the pinball in play and hitting lots of tagets. It'll definitely give the game that certain type of intensity that the video game is known for.ðŸ˜ðŸ‘€

I own the Ambassador Electronic Pro Pinball for about two months that is cool and decided to buy the Pac-Man version. I have had mine for a month and it has been playing very well so far. My family have been having a blast playing the game and the Pac-Man sound effects are cool to hear. Some reviewers say it's loud (no volume control), but I think it's average. You can always turn the sound off, but you would just hear the internal motor running, and it defeats part of the fun factor. You can always put a micro fiber towel or similar under where the speaker is to decrease the sound a bit but I think its fine the way it is. When putting on the stickers, take your time and be very careful as there is almost no room for error because once they're on, they're on! I got mine on and they came out pretty good. I've read some people have had mechanical issues, so I bought the 3 year toy warranty to be safe. It's not much, I just hope I won't run into any issues. Heck, people are still playing the old Tomy machines. Definitely fun for kids and adults to play.

The sound quit working after 2 plays. The entire machine after 3. My husband managed to get the machine working again, but the sounds has never worked again. Do not buy it. Low quality. My son loves to play it, though.

Used the AC adapter so we didn't destroy the environment with 100 batteries (nice) but after 2 hours of playtime the right button started to stick making the game unplayable. Returned
