My 3 year old grandson LOVED this toy when I gave it to him. He immediately began to line up the monkeys and toss them into a basket as he said the poem to himself. His 2 year old cousin played with them at Thanksgiving, loving them and also jumping and reciting the poem. I gave another package of 5 Little Monkeys to the 2 year old for Christmas. She screamed and beamed in delight - causing her mother to laugh out loud! Double delight for me. So, 2 thumbs up for this toy!

Granddaughter loves these monkeys. We sing the song and she throws the monkeys one at a time so they bump their head and momma calls the doctor. She counts them as they bump their heads.WE have gotten her several of the books, to go along with the monkeys. Only issue is the monkeys are supposed to be finger puppets, The have a very small opening in the back of their pajamas. Hard for BIG fingers to fit. Overall they bring smiles and laughter and are so much FUN.

Our youngest grandson just turned two and is a HUGE "five little monkeys" fan. He's been watching different versions of the song on YouTube for the past 6 months and is pretty much addicted to them - ha. His latest trick is to quickly glance around whatever room he happens to be in, find something to climb up on, and then start singing the song and jumping off whatever he climbed up on at the appropriate moment. Of course he climbs right back up because he has to play the part of all FIVE monkeys, naturally!The moment I saw this little set I knew it would be perfect for him and I knew he'd pretty much go nuts over it - which he has. Although he's a bit young to do the finger-puppet thing himself, he has 3 older siblings, 2 parents, and 4 grandparents who are more than happy to do it for him. Such fun! And honestly, the set is truly and absolutely ADORABLE. I'm a pretty accomplished seamstress myself and I was very impressed with how well made these little guys are. And they're a fairly good size, too - 5 inches. Great attention to detail has been given to their design and creation, and I expect them to last a good long time.In my opinion the price is more than fair for what you get. Top quality and just as cute as they can be. Two thumbs up all the way!

Fantastic toy! Velcro’d together finger puppets. You can sing along pull one off when it bumps its head and have four left. They’re the perfect size for small hands to hold and I’ve washed them in a lingerie bag several times and they’ve held up great in the washer

These are adorable and very detailed and well made. I received 5 different monkeys in exactly the fabrics pictured. I can fit one monkey on each of my adult sized fingers. (Medium sized female hand). Children-sized fingers would also fit. Not sure about bigger fingers. These are a bit pricey but make a nice gift. For the price, I wish the book was included.

This is a great toy - but simply not finger puppets. Rather, they are very small monkeys that the child can play with. This does not in any way affect the function of the toy - and my little one plays with them and actually loves them, especially when they "jump" on the bed. They are quite well made, their small size is perfect for toddlers, and they are a great addition to the story book/rhyme. The reason for 4 stars is that they are not finger puppets as described.

The monkey's are of really great quality, nicely dressed and fit well on each finger. The little children I told a story to with these little finger puppets loved it!

Nice cute - great quality monkeys bought for grandson who luvs playing with them - we love to sing the "5 little monkeys song" as well as use them for other story telling. He enjoys putting them together & pulling them apart as well as hiding them in varies places around my living room for me to go find them!!
