This strainer does exactly what I need it to do, and it does it well. The thick mesh makes this strainer robust, and it should last for some time. The stainless steel is good quality, and the handle is comfortable. This is an excellent strainer, and I recommend it to anybody looking for one.

This strainer is fine for the listed purpose, but I was hoping to use it somewhat differently. For my purpose it is barely useful. The 3 stars is not because it is faulty: I find no faults, but the value compared to similar items makes it not better than any others.
