My 7 year old son requested this as a back to school outfit. He loves it and wore it his first day. Lightweight, sweat wicking material that all the boys like. The waist might run a little snug in the shorts. He is very thin for his age and these fit him well.

My son is 11 and tall/skinny. I purchased a 14/16 (which is his size) and it was slightly small length wise. Shorts fit his waist but came too high above the knee. Wish they had a size 18. Unfortunately, I will be returning. BUT it is decent quality (on the thin side though). I would definitely hang to dry if you wash.
