The ARONOVA Battery Trays are a great option for those planning to add a second battery to the four wheel drive, or even relocate or provide a better support and base for an existing battery.these trays are finished with a smooth powder coated finish to ensure protection against corrosion and weather. Each tray can be fastened to a flat surface and also provides the ability for hold down clamps to be attached to the side in order to properly secure the battery.
Installation Instructions
1. Disconnect battery cables.
2. Remove all battery hold-down hardware and remove battery.
3. Remove old tray by loosening all hardware. If mounting brackets are welded to old tray, these may have to be detached carefully and re-used.
4. Set new tray in place. and align mounting holes. If alignment is impossible, carefully drill new holes in tray.
5. Secure in place with old hardware or, if badly damaged, use new hardware.
6. Replace battery. secure in place and reconnect cables.

When noticing the battery slide around under the hood on my 2014 Toyota Tundra SR 4WD I knew the existing plastic OEM had to go! I had to replace it with something more sturdy and stationary. The Aronova Metal Battery Mounting tray does exactly what is advertised. Great quality. Installs fast with self-tapping metal screws. Definitely recommend with some hold down clamps. Problem solved. Very satisfied.

This battery tray is heavy in a good way. Thick enough to weld and a good starting point to fabricate a repair to your car. I use it to repair my Nissan 240sx S13.

It honestly does the job. Only con to this is that even the small is too wide for my application. I encourage you to measure before buying. The battery tire down depening what way they are turned will either cause damage to the battery or the wiper fluid reservoir. But it could just be the fact that the battery tire down is after market due to lack of oem parts.

Works well, sturdy, mount anywhere. Use this on restomod cars. Why pay big money online for the same thing?
