This appears to be a pretty nice globe stand but once I started putting it together, I realized it had some poor designs.The two round hoops that fit into the legs are only held in place by pins that slide into pockets on the legs and that's it. So, once fully assembled, if you attempt to lift it up by one of these hoops, they will simply detach. Also, the entire assembled product just doesn't feel secure as the entire thing is all held together by a single wingnut at the bottom which is not enough to keep the legs from moving and causing one or both inner hoops from coming out.You really have to be careful how you lift and move the stand but once it's in place and you secure the feet to the found using the provided wire pins, it seems like it will be OK.

Came packaged well and was easy to put together but took one star off because the screw on the botton you use to hold it all together is already rusty. Using it with a large gazing ball and it looks great. Overall can recommend.
