This hitch lock works perfect for what I need. I just needed a lock for my cover for now, but it seems very sturdy. It's a good fit and there is no room for it to shake or cause any road noise. I personally have one spacer in it right now, and I it's working great.

Item did not work for my use case. Does not fit 2006 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer V6 with the factory tow package hitch.

Overall lock looks good and has good function but is difficult to lock without being loose.The o-rings are a nice idea to reduce rattle however the implementation to install tight enough is very difficult. The cover over The keyhole is nice and should protect it from debris.Overall I would recommend as I haven’t seen a lock design yet that would prevent this problem.

Just received 2 days ago so I haven't towed with them yet. Both locks work fine so we'll see. In the 2 pack each lock comes with its own key but each key operates both locks. Not sure if that's a security factor. It isn't for me.What I like most is the rubber washers. My hitch has a 6 inch riser extension. Where my bike rack slides into the riser it is wider than the standard 2 inch hitch. All I do is remove 3 of the rubber washers and it fits like it was made for the larger gap. See pictures.
