Super quick and easy way to change out speakers without having to cut factory wires. Took 60 seconds to connect the speakers. Highly recommend.

Metra's website indicated these were the proper harnesses for my truck; however, they most-assuredly were not. I'd recommend visually checking to see if they look like a match before ordering. They probably work fine with many vehicles, just not with mine.Regardless, they're a little pricey and not exactly necessary. For the cost of one pair of these harnesses, I was able to pick up a stripper/crimper and an assortment of connectors from Home Depot. That worked fine and only required a minute longer to install.

I used them when upgrading the speakers in my El Camino. They worked good with the factory speaker plugs.
