These are fantastic sponges. Here's what we like: (1) They are a good size for your hand, (2) They are thick which was really important for us, (3) They are good quality and absorbant and finally (4) They are economical. They come in a pack of 6. They are compressed flat (see photo with me holding 6) and like magic they expand once water is added and are ready to use. We are very appreciative of these sponges because it has been difficult finding thick kitchen sponges recently at such a good price. One popular brand we've used for years are either out of stock or very expensive with one sponge selling for much more than these. Thank you, Metuuter!

I'm 70 years old and have always used cellulose sponges to wipe counter tops and, in place of paper towels, to clean up spills and such. Such sponges have become more difficult to find in stores and considerably pricier. At about 70 cents each these are well worth it. They are thicker and more substantive than other brands; O-Cel-O for example. Also they have rounded corners which is aesthetically nice. They arrive very compressed but quickly expand to normal size when dampened. They also last longer than the ones I used to use. Every so often I will spray them with bleach to disinfect and restore to new appearance. Cellulose, by the way, is plant based and therefore biodegradable and eco-friendly.

These sponges are very durable, a good value for the money and do a good job cleaning. I've purchased this product several times for myself and as gifts for friends. Who doesn't love a dehydrated sponge that comes to life with water? Highly recommend.

I love these for washing dishes. I've had a hard time finding plain sponges without the scrubby sides which I need for washing my stainless cookware. They come compressed and instantly grow when you add water. No scratches on my cookware and they are perfect for cleaning dishes, countertops, etc.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice these are compared to the ones you buy in the store. They're much better quality. They're thicker and don't lose their suds as fast as others. I prefer to handwash my dishes and I find myself not needing to reapply dish liquid as often. In terms of longevity, they don't start falling apart after only a few washes like others do and they do not hold onto odors. The icing on the cake is you get soo many in fun colors and it takes up less space to store them. I will certainly buy these again!

I was so disappointed when I opened and saw a tiny packet with 8 sponges in but when I opened and soaked the 1st one they are better than any I've used before. Totally vacuum sealed for postage. Highly recommend.
