First, the thing that so many other reviewers have mentioned: the container was barely half full. I get that the product is sold by weight and not by volume but I also ordered the Dazzling Diamond mica which is the same size and in the same container, and that one was 80-85% full. This one did have a seal on the inside of the jar (Dazzling Diamond did NOT have the seal). Does this color weight more than the other color? Maybe.Regardless, this mica is stunning. The child always comes out in me when I get something that is beautiful, shiny AND cosmetic grade. I whipped up a quick DIY batch of lip gloss and am thrilled to report that this is easy to remove with makeup wipes or micellar water and left behind zero staining. This is important with dark colored synthetic micas like this because some leave behind a residual stain that takes multiple washings to get off of the skin.Overall I would say buy this but be aware that you'll get less by volume than you will with other colors. That doesn't mean that you're being cheated and not getting the full 50 grams by weight. It takes less product to get good coloring then other colors so I do consider it to be good product.

All the colors of this brand are amazing! If you want an amazing color on your epoxy pieces this is the brand! I try many and not even a single brand you can say that get close to this, amazing amazing!!!

It’s a great company and quality. The only thing is this color mermaid dust...I bought cause I thought it was like a bluish indigo that’s what it looked like based on the pic but it’s not at all, it’s wayyy more green than blue. Don’t really see blue at all in it.

This is a favourite with my art students. We use in resin art, coaster and charcuterie boards. A little goes a long way and the colour is amazing.
