A) You'll need to order a plug separately if you aren't planning on using both portsB) You'll need to order a pair of new allen head bolts with an 1" or so of additional length to mount the item into the intake manifoldIn all honesty, it should include this hardware, or at least make it explicitly clear that it does NOT come with either.

Amazon has the fastest shipping!! I needed to install a sensor and my intake did not have any extra ports so I did some research and found this water neck spacer. I never thought I would find it on Amazon but I thought I should check and there it was, Amazon is awesome!
