Remarks：
1. Flash drive for iphone/ipad needs to download a app ''BLANBOK+'', you can search the app from the App Store.
(When the phone does not recognize the usb stick, please uninstall the "BLANBOK+" APP, then restart the phone and manually download the BLANBOK+ APP from the APP Store)
2. If you've used iCloud before to back up your files, you'll need to download the files from iCloud to your Phone or Pad and then copy them to usb flash drive.
3. Only support Android phones with OTG function. You can find the external usb storage in the "File Manager" APP of your phone.
* If your phone doesn't work, you need to open the phone set to open the OTG connection.

This product works great and makes it very easy to download your pictures onto the device. Many different options, when it comes to encryption and making sure your pictures are locked and stored safely. Great step by step instructions make it extremely easy to use this product.

I'm extremely pleased with the Flash Drive Thumb. It's worth the money and easy to use. I've owned this for two weeks and I've been able to successfully transfer anything I need from my phone to laptop whenever I want seamlessly! Can't wait to buy this for family members for Christmas!

I’m not exactly tech savvy, so was nervous after some reviews I read talked about it being difficult to understand. It’s so easy. It guides you through, and if you don’t know what a symbol is later on within the app, just tap your screen and it’ll show you. Storage wise, this was such a great deal for 256 gb storage. I’m a picture hoarder. I always take about 10 pics in each ‘moment’ to find one good one out of the bunch. My problem is I literally never remember to go back and delete the excess. So I had literally over 9,000 pics on my phone, and over 1200 videos on it lol. Had blaring signs saying ‘no memory’ constantly, so finally got this. It works great, but my complaint is how long it takes to download. If you’re someone that’s just going to maintain downloading pics and vid’s, this is perfect. But for someone like me, with insane amounts to do- I’d look for faster downloading options. 2-4 seconds per pic isn’t bad. As long as you don’t have 9k pics to do lol. I like the fact that I can delete the excess pics after downloading, directly within the app for this storage device. And downloading by ‘memories’ makes it a bit easier for having years of pics to download.

I bought this USB for the sole purpose of storing my iPhone photos since my storage was getting full. At first it worked well. The storage capabilities were good, the app was easy to use, and the USB is very portable. I followed all instructions and moved two years' worth of photos onto the drive and left it in a safe place. When I went back to transfer my photos to my computer, the USB would not respond. When I plugged it into my computer, my computer asked me to format the drive (which I cannot do as it will delete everything on the drive). I had previously formatted it before I had even started using it/transferring photos over.I ended up bringing the drive to a repair store/recovery center to get my photos back. The guy who helped me told me that he, coincidently, had the same exact drive before and it had the same issues I was having. He showed me how heavy the drive was compared to a regular USB and said the heaviness is due to extra metal used to make the USB and can interfere with the polarity of the USB, causing it the problems we both had. He recommended me to just use a regular USB next time with a USB/iPhone adaptor.PLEASE do not get this product. It may seem convenient, but it is not quality made and you will have a high chance of losing your data/have formatting problems. $200+ later I am still hoping and waiting that they can recover the photos I lost.

Use this for work. A lot of pictures taken out in the field and it’s waaaay easier to plug this in and download the pictures to a PC rather than emailing or airdropping just to have to email. Convenient and quick.

The drive itself is very robust and the app is simple and not the most intuitive but it’s effective. The LV2 encryption supported by the app software is a decent extra as well. However I found that no matter what format (exfat or FAT32, the two formats this drive seems to be able to recognize) as soon as I’d plug it into a computer (tried windows, Linux, Mac) file corruption and loss happened every time I did a transfer via pc. Didn’t happen through the iOS app. I even tried to disabling write caching, made sure it was on quick removal and used the eject function regardless and every time it was plugged into my iPhone those files copied on Pc and sometimes others were gone. Large transfers seemed to kill the partition as well, ejecting it and remounting a small partition with the file uupd.bin on it. I’m not sure if I have a bad drive or it can’t handle high performance systems. Defeats the purpose of having a USBA port. But is a decent iOS drive. I was still able to find a good use for it.
