I used this to add a Z axis to a laser engraver. They had some minor grinding, all of that went away with running some grease down the grooves and moving the carriage back and fourth a few times. Great bang for your buck if you need a small rail.

So far this had been a good purchase and don't forget to clean and grease the rail block. I use an nlgi 1 Mobil brand grease.

I've never worked with linear rails aside from Hiwin rails that I got in a 3D printer kit.This rail is very loud, even after re-greasing, but it arrived straight and works for my purposes. An acceptable cheap linear rail.

Don't be a moron like me and pull the stopper off and let carriage block fall off and hit the floor. FYI, I now know there are 30 (60 total for each block) metal balls on each side. :)

Very grindy and bindy, also appear to not have enough ball bearings in them, there is space in between the ball bearings on both sides of the block where it looks like they need 1 or 2 more bearings. I purchased 2 and both are like this
