How to Identify Authentic Sterling Silver Jewelry
In accordance with the law, it is required that every silver jewelry purchased must be stamped with the fineness mark 925 and the the registered U.S. company mark. Companies that have their jewelry stamped 925 but missing the company mark is considered unlawful. Miabella stamps all sterling silver jewelry with 925 Italy and either LIRM or Miabella.
You can test your jewelry with a magnet. Never test the clasps of chains. Sterling silver clasps have stainless steel springs that will cause the magnet to stick-even if the piece is really gold or silver. Test the piece in the middle, away from the clasp. If the magnet sticks, it’s not gold or silver.

Very disappointed. My silver necklace turned copper color after my 1st week of wearing. Didn’t expect this would happen so threw away the package so it does not seem I can return the necklace. Never have had this happen with any silver necklaces before so I was very disappointed. Don’t throw away your package.**Addendum : giving this necklace 4 stars now. A little boiling water poured in some baking soda on tin foil cleans it up fine and easy. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to do this so soon after purchase. Beautiful product otherwise.

I was so happy to receive this necklace back in 11/2023. However. This necklace started turning black about 3 months ago. I took it to jeweler to have it cleaned and they did the best they could. I took it home, used a sterling silver cleaner and was able to get the necklace back to its orginal beauty. Wore it 2 more times after and it is turning black again. I have a beacelet I purchased from Miabella and it is in perfect condition so I am assuming my necklace is defective. I will not purchase any more jewelry from this company.
