I had previously purchased a smaller charger with smaller batteries. I bought this when I picked up an external monitor for my camera. I like the LED display that shows the state of charge. Obviously, the larger batteries afford greater life than my smaller batteries. This charger also charges my smaller batteries.

Batteries work fine for my use. The charger on the other hand, didn’t work as well. The charger does appear to charge the batteries sufficiently, however I constantly struggled to get a good connection so the batteries would charge.Charging on a desk or flat surface I had no problem. Traveling from one site to another filming, I often placed my batteries on the charger sitting on the passenger seat or on the dash. I had to constantly watch the charger because at times although the batteries appeared to be “locked in†they wouldn’t be charging.After about a month of being on the road filming and using this charger frequently, it failed at the connection point. The mini connection broke off and is now rattling around inside the charger. I ended up replacing this charger with one which has a built in charge cable, meaning the charge cable is directly connected to the charger on one end and the other end is USB. Haven’t had any issue since and the batteries continue to work as expected.

Batteries worked great for being off-brand. Charger is really slim and doesn't take as much space as other chargers.
