This is by far the best soup pot I've ever used. The non-stick surface makes for easy cleaning and, the pot itself evenly distributes heat throughout for having everything inside cooking at the same temperature. This is particularly important when cooking on a gas stove. This pot is so sturdy, I expect this will outlive me. My next cookware purchase will definitely be from Magellan.

This is a great pot! I have mostly used it to cook chili or to cook down large batches of vegetables, and it's worked great for both. This cleans up with easy. It's so nice when you can just slide food off the inside with your hand and not have to scrub at it - everything comes off nicely. It's also just a pretty pot! The blue color is beautiful and is fun to look at.

I wanted to use this ceramic cooking pot for awhile before giving a review. It was purchased for the spedific purpose of cooking bacon the Dr. Berry way, and appreciate another reviewer having mentioned that is why she made the purchase and how well it cooked bacon. So I cook 24 oz. of bacon at a time, and it handles this very well. The bottom of the pot is just the right thickness (I thought it should have been thicker, but I was wrong). The lid has a steam vent, which is very useful. I am well pleased.

I bought this to replace an old worn out pot. This pot was packaged beautifully and made it really look like a steal at the price point. My only concern is that it says to avoid high heat and it seems this isn't as conductive as I'm used to. I was concerned about the shape/handle placement but the design is wonderful and the blue is sharp.
