This is everything I had hoped it would be. I have been looking for this size for quite sometime in every store that carries kitchenware. I’ve been reluctant to buy online because it’s hard to gauge heft & quality. This is quite hefty & the hex looks to be quality. I’m impressed with everything about it for this fair price. So far I’ve used it daily for weeks & no tarnish, no wear. I’ve even made hot as lava type candy & no issues with warping or sticking. I hope to find this manufacturer builds a deep-sided 12â€hex frying pan. I don’t care for the short-sided ones & is why I haven’t bought a whole set. I would buy again but hope I won’t need to for years.

Look almost identical to more expensive "hex" cookware. I had been contemplating the much more expensive cookware, but couldn't justify the expense. These are a great alternative easy to use and clean up. I've found no sticking and great heat distribution. Oven safe was important to me and these are supposed to tolerate up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit, I don't know of any household ovens that reach that temperature. Well worth the money.

In reviews there were complaints about the knobs on the lids. I can see where this might be an issue if you put in dishwasher or throw them in the sink of dishwater if you our hand washing. I suggest no dishwasher for the lids. Hand wash them with the dish rag and lightly rinse then immediately dry. Shaking a couple times to get any water that got under the knob out. Then you will not have a problem with rust under knobs. Love the non stick surface on the pans.

Full disclosure: this is not no stick. But if you use it correctly, it really is no-stick. The accepted definition of non-stick is without any oil or fat. But, unless you really need to cook without oil and/or you’re not a fan of flavor, this is not the pan for you. But if you use some butter, bacon grease, oil, it’s pretty close to non-stick. Any food remaining is easily cleaned with sponge with scrubbing surface. And, not so much for a sauce pan as a skillet, if you want to sear meat, you get some sticking as part of the Maillard reaction that creates the crust. And still easy to clean. The stuck food releases easily. The hybrid pan has two other advantages: it takes high heat for searing and heats up faster than any other kinds of pans I’ve used. So, if you know how to cook with oil it, it’s great. And maybe 25% of the high priced brand. Solidly recommended

I’ve only had the pot for a week so I don’t really know how it will do in the long run. It’s sturdy, non stick and heats well.I am however looking forward to long term use.

Have had these a month or so and I was skeptical because of the low price, but so far they are pretty great for an inexpensive set of sauce pans. Worth a shot.

Suprisingly just as good as the other name brand. Works fantastic, doesn't stick and cleanup is a breeze.
