Ruffles around edges too big and floppy. Perhaps material too soft to hold body of pillow.

I ordered these 100% Microfiber Pillow Cases Queen Size Set of 2, 20X30 - Soft & Cooling Pillow Cases for our bedroom.Sheet sets always come with two pillowcases, and my husband and I use many more than that. His lower back has some messed up discs, my neck and back have issues (fusions, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease) so we use a lot of different pillows to get comfortable enough to sleep.These pink pillowcases match well to our grey sheets and grey and pink pillowcases. They are made of microfiber. We have other microfiber pillowcases, but those feel similar to cotton pillowcases, a woven fabric.These microfiber pillowcases have a much smoother and silkier feel. They don’t feel exactly like a silk pillowcase, but they are very soft and almost slippery, in a nice way.They have envelope closures. I prefer the old style of pillowcases, but the envelope style seems more popular these days, and much easier to find. I do like how the envelope style keeps the whole pillow neatly tucked into the pillowcase.At the current price ($10.99) this is a nice bargain for a well-made, soft, silky pair of pillowcases.
