This device is easy to use for anyone, you don't need to be a scientist, just read the instruction manual. The reading is very visible on its screen. All you need to do is to hold it next to your microwave when it is on to see the amount of radiation it emits. It also can be used for other devices. When compared with two other brands including a commercial one, this came closest to the commercial one and proved the third one to be a 'throw away'. We tried all three units on three microwaves. This was very easy to use.

It was very easy to set up and the instructions were clear. It provided instant, real-time readings on the microwave. The only thing that could have made it better was if it came with a battery, but I knew it didn't when I ordered, so it's all good.

Good product works battery was not in there returned ordered again no battery.
