This worked as expected. It's a little flimsey, but it didn't break after use and I can re-use or make more. I added glass and stamps for decor and it turned out great. Not product related, but mixing cement was a bit more work than I anticipated and if you're adding mosaic pieces, you have to time it just right and work quickly. This is not a kids' project really. Just things to keep in mind.

We have a tradition when our grand-children come 2 visit, they make a stepping stone. These were so cute & big. We used the white mortar (bought at Lowe's) instead of concrete this time & I'm very happy with the result. They came out really white & dried faster than the concrete we previously used, which dried a boring gray. My wife is a butterfly lover. Used this mold to have each of the grandchildren make some cement stones for our garden for Mothers Day. Each child had a fun time inserting colored stones, glass pieces, etc. into the cement to decorate their stone. Each was as individual as each child is. Nana (my wife) loved her gifts from the grandkids. The kids proudly refer to their butterfly stones they made for Nana.

When this arrived, I didn't expect much, and that's exactly what I got. If you buy this mold, fill it all the way up. I didn't. After letting it set for a few minutes, I put my hand print in it, then my dog and my cat's paw prints. I put blue paint on my hand to make my print and I left a little space at the top to put on clear cement paint to protect the paint and other things I put on it. I let it set, untouched, unmoved for two weeks to make sure that the paint had all dried and it'd be nice and shiny on the top. When I flipped it over, very gently onto a soft towel, it came out in two pieces. I have no idea how it could've broken like it did, but I wasn't giving up. I bought cement patch filler (also from Amazon) and "glued" it together with that and put it back in the mold to set undisturbed. A week later, I flipped it over again and it was in one piece, but the crack was very noticeable. I painted over the crack and put new clear coat on it and I'm using it. The only thing I can think of that would've made it break like that is if it wasn't thick enough. I filled it almost to the top, so if you buy this, make sure you fill it up, all the way! Or you'll be disappointed like I was. But at least this review should help you know how to repair it. This mold is very flimsy compared to other molds I've used. That's why I didn't move it once I poured it. That's very important. Pour your cement into the mold in a place where it can sit undisturbed until ready to use.

This mold makes a very nice Butterfly shaped stepping stone. The price was fair and these are going to make lovely additions to my flower gardens. I have used it twice and I feel that if I store it correctly, I will be successful at using it multiple times.

This mold works great! Great design super easy to use. We had used twice and worked great both times. Would definitely buy again in another design.

The shape of the is nice. But, it is not reusable as advertised. Very thin and brittle so it cracked around the top lip and in the sides and curves.

This item would be usable, but it arrived badly packaged and too dented to use and who wants the hassle of reordering another damaged article? I am extremely disappointed.

This arrived in time but it came in a bubble bag not a box . It is very very thin plastic and it got crushed. I tried to push the bend out and it broke , my fault but it shouldn’t have happened . I get the craziest things in a huge box that only needs a envelope and this breakable doesn’t get one ? Now it’s all duck taped up .😡
