Your cart is empty.The Mighty Grip Inner Thigh Protectors with tack strips wrap around the Upper Thighs and Velcro shut. The Inner Thigh Protectors protect the tender area around the abductor/inner thigh muscles when you are doing climbs and leg holds on the Dance Pole. These can allow you to exercise longer and minimize bruising from contact with the Fitness Pole. The Inner Thigh Protectors can be used with or without the tack strips. Just turn the bands so the tack strips are facing in so you can grip the pole. This will allow for better gripping for learning and practicing the more difficult leg holds on the Dance Pole. If you prefer not to use the tack strips, turn the leg bands so the tack strips are on the outside of your legs. This will offer a layer of protection while still allowing you to easily turn and slide up and down the Dance Pole. Inner Thigh Protectors - Use a tape measure to measure around the thickest part of 1 thigh. Small 16"-18" Medium 18"-20" Large 20"-22" X-Large 22”-24”

I ordered the XL and they were sliding down on my thighs. I should have ordered an L or M. I am 5'7 and wear a 12/14 pants.

They slide down but they do give extra grip and protection I would recommend to buy for beginners on pole get correct size so it doesn’t slide down on u

I have very sensitive skin, and I am just trying to work out at home not dance as a profession; therefore, allowing my skin to callous and toughen up just for exercise purposes was not needed. These were a great help and I saw results immediately. Things I was unable to do at all became so much more manageable.

I personally enjoy these mostly because as any pole dancer would know that there are some days you cannot stick to the pole but it isn't really important to learn how to do this trick so for me I like to use these so I can hold myself in place while I figure out how to properly shift my weight without it

At least they did for me. I got the ones for my ankles and knees and hands, wanted the last body part protected and grip easy tooZ. Couldn’t tell if the Prost would work at it wasn’t the correct size for me.Unlike the other grippers I ordered form the same company. The way these thigh grippers go one and it’s method to sticking to your thigh isn’t a very safe nor clever way it anyone asked me. My opinion but just look and attacked them for correct sizing for when I ordered the next time I felt these are a far cry from study and secure type of grip aids like the others I bought at the same time.I recommend buying and trying the other products first. If after you try the other types if you really really need more grip I’d then suggest giving these a try.You may not need to have so much grip at the thigh but if your feeling brave give these a try and hope they don’t skip off or become unattached and because you’ll no longer be high and dry and that’s not what you want in a product these time.
