I’m happy with transaction!The actual item, not too happy. The cat toy lasted less than a month, it is charged 100%, and the toy doesn't work.

Only works on hardwood floors and doesn’t flip as shown. Regretfully I have carport all others. Please refund my money for this item. I feel it should have been explained that in the presentation. The video obviously was shot in a high room with no furniture, who lives like that??

I've had this item less than two weeks. It actually stopped in the first week. I can charge it for the right amount of time and push the start button and the wheels will turn in my hands. As soon as I set it down the wheels stop turning. I'm going to give it two stars only because my cat loved it for the short time that it worked The toy is not worth the money. I put cat-nip on the toy, to get cat interested. Our cat is older, so without the cat-nip, she would not have chased or been curious. To turn on after charging: hold the on-button down longer than usual / 3 seconds. The directions say this, but I didn't read the instructions at first. The toy can run under a refrigerator and furniture and get lost very easily, so be aware of that issue.

If you plan on getting a toy like this, I suggest you have a lot of space and no area rugs because it will get stuck on them often. Assuming your act is actually playing with it, this maybe not be a problem as they'll swat them off the carpet eventually, but our house has too many thick area rugs for this to be a good toy.That's not to say it's NOT a good toy. It charges via USB-C and lasts a while. It just requires a lot of room as it can really zip around.

Avoid this. Whilst it has been charged a few times in case it was battery, and though itwill turn on (as indicated by holding the power button for 2 seconds). As soon as there's any resistance on the wheels (IE it's own weight on the floor) it just stops. Will be going in the bin as the return window has closed already. Save your money.

My cats were very interested with it but they seemed to get bored with it. It's probably a good enough product just make sure you have some other means of entertainment for them as well.I have laminated flooring as it will not work properly on a carpet, but I found it still picks up dust and other materials and you will need to unclog the wheels regularly.

Purchased for our fur babies quite nippy and very good. Will need to charge it before use but so far so good
