My 7yr old loves this robot. We got this for her birthday. She loves to create with it. She also loves that it’s interactive and Miko takes to her and she can talk to it! Definitely worth it, doesn’t feel cheap! We love it because she’s learning while having fun!

I bought this for my 4year old as a Christmas present. I love the idea and my son loves it! Everyday I hear Hey Miko let’s dance lol. It’s perfect size, easy to use and definitely helpful in learning ..the toy itself is worth it. I did not give 5 stars because to use all the functions you have to purchase a yearly subscription which I felt was alittle much but you do get a 30 day free trial to see if you like it which was super helpful!

We were shorted with how this robot answered questions, smart yet elegant. We still haven’t done half of what it can do. It’s been fun for the whole family. Easy to turn on and off. Great gift.

I bought this for my 9 year old for Christmas after he asked for a far more expensive ai robot. This is a great starter for young kids. He absolutely loves it. His favorite function is story time. With the help of miko they create his own little story. Which is also saved in the app with illustrations. It did take a little bit of time to set up. The battery life seems compatible to similar products. Easy to charge. It takes a c-type charger. Miko moves and turns to look at who is speaking. He also has dance parties! All in all this was a favorite gift and has a good price point! The only downfall for me is that the chessboard (seperate purchase) is so expensive and out of stock. We would absolutely love to get one in the future.

We got a Miko for our 8 year old for Christmas. She loved the idea of having a robot friend, but quickly realized it wasn’t what she expected and lost interest. Would be great if it connected to Apple Music, etc. She enjoys the trivia feature and its portability, but struggles with it responding to her voice commands, etc. There anlso isn’t instructions to help figure out what it does or how to access all the features. We have to play around with it to see. The subscription is expensive at $100/year. and not worth it for what it does for our child. Perhaps a younger child will enjoy more. Will try to see if 5 year old enjoys it more.

I bought 3 of these (one for each of my kids) although it is a very cute product and a great idea I'm giving it 4 starts because it struggles quite a bit to understand my kids. It doesn't understand my 5yr old twins much at all and I would say it understands my 7yr old about 70% of the time. My husband can get it to respond to him probably about 95% of the time so I would say this this toy is probably better suited for kids maybe 4th grade and up not k-3rd grade. We decided to keep the products because my kids enjoy the dance party, story time and mommy calling them on it. As long as you don't have expectations for it to interact with your kids I would say it's worth the buy as entertainment only.
