This controller worked great for the hoist on my truck. Had to drill a 4th hole in the connector, soft rubber, no problem. If you leave it in the sun, the rubber it’s made of breaks down and will leave black on your hand. That’s the only downside I’ve found, otherwise 5 stars.

My original switch for my unknown brand of winch died, couldn't fix it easily. Bought this for it's price and looked like it would fit - needed a female 3 prong end, and it fits. However, like others, out brings it in, and in brings it out. I think I can a) either switch the wires inside the winch box or b) there's a nut on the switch where I might be able to take it apart. Since my box is a piece of crap, I need to pull it apart anyhow. May update this later.
