I usually don't cleaning unless there is a lot of build-up. Great for making collage papers or adding an extra dimension to art work.

These little Brayers are a fun tool for print making.

These are quite useful, although a tiny bit wobbly. The rubber isn’t as nice as a Speedball brayer, but they work OK.

For the price, and the fact that the size is unique (brayers rarely come so small), these are great. I'll be honest- I don't think the build is as good as a speedball or anything, and the brayer itself being so small can be fiddly (hard to get a consistent solid line with thinner viscosity inks- perhaps the surface isn't perfectly smooth) but these work very well for paint and thicker inks, and they make glorious marks. They even work with watercolor- just mix some in a flat well in your palette, dip and roll and then apply to paper. Super cool results. I am excited to keep working with these and seeing what sort of geometric/linear marks I can make.

I understand why they are built this way, but with the roller handle only on one side, it's difficult to make sure the weight of the roll is spread evenly across the brayer.

I saw a red plastic thing that holds the bar of the brayer. At first it looked broken because it didn't go all around the bar, but checking the other brayers, they are made the same way. It does not make me comfortable that the side thing is plastic, but it makes me more uncomfortable that it doesn't wrap all around the bar. I will buy one with a metal attachment that holds the bar in next time I buy. The brayer I tried worked fine, washed well and SEEMED well constructed, but since I only really need the 1.5 inch brayer I will pay half and get a brayer with a metal side washer.

I use brayers for inking and stamp purposes, as well as making sure vinyl is adhered well to things. This set has some odd widths that I thought might come in handy when working with thinner pieces of vinyl and other adhesives. The handles have a good grip, and the brayer rolls easy enough. However the brayer wheels don't feel perfectly smooth and I do not get a strong solid line when inking unless I roll it over several times. I do worry that they will weaken over time applying a lot of pressure and break. For the price, these brayers are fine, but they are not pro-grade quality. These will work for the most part, but you're going to get what you pay for in t his situation.

Well-made, these 3 different width rollers should be able to handle those situations that the larger brayers are just too big for and only get in the way. Additional use might be in application of pigment directly on the surface and mixing colors for (I'm imagining) spectacular, painting-like effects. To be investigated. For now, the small wood-cuts I've made will be easy to ink and print. I was hoping there were some brayers like these on Amazon and they're perfect. As good as anything from Speedball but I don't think they have any so small. Great!

I was waiting for this to continue my painting. I’m disappointed with this order.
