The Miller Scorpion 9-Foot Personal Fall Limiter offers an affordable alternative to shock-absorbing lanyards. The Scorpion PFL provides the same working capacity and is also safer and more cost-effective. Safer because the self-retracting lifeline eliminates tripping hazards, and the quick-activating braking system arrests falls within inches. This makes workers more productive because they don't have to change equipment to address changes in fall clearance. The visual load indicator shows when the PFL should be removed from service. From a cost-effective standpoint, the Scorpion PFL does not require an annual factory recertification. It also eliminates the need to purchase different fall protection equipment to suit different fall clearances. The Scorpion PFL is also versatile: it can attach directly to the safety harness back D-ring for use as a personal fall limiter, or it can be used as a traditional self-retracting lifeline. The Polyester/Vectran webbing is chemical-resistant, and the entire unit is compact and lightweight (2.9 lbs/1.3 kg). A wide variety unit and lanyard end connectors are available for convenience and versatility. Maximum weight capacity 310-lb. (140.6 kg). 9-ft. (2.7 m) working capacity.

Honeywell closed the plant in America that was in bussiness for over 75 years so the could maximize profits. Made in Mexico now. Terrible quality

Product does not contain any csa compliant markings, only states in the one line it meets a standard, and then in another that the compliance is on the variable label, everything i read is saying it is csa compliant but it isnt tagged as such
