I was a bit skeptical when placing this order based on a lot of the reviews saying that these aren’t authentic Milwaukee tools or that some people got used or even older models. I can honestly say that the order I received was brand new and legitimate Milwaukee tools. Both the drill and the impact driver are both absolute monsters! It’s actually ridiculous how powerful these are. I also checked both batteries by holding down the power button till all the lights blinked with the power levels and kept holding it down til it shows you exactly how many times the battery has gone through a full charge cycle and how many days it has been since its first charge. Just look up on YouTube how to decode the power light bar and how to count the flashes so you know for certain you got new and authentic batteries. Amazing tools

These are real Milwaukee tools. The reason they are cheaper is because they do not have a warranty supported by Milwaukee. I bought them as a Christmas present for my father and we both have used them quite a bit. The 5.0-amp batteries run drills like this for quite a while. They have great power and torque, almost too much. Both drills will spin nice and slow and go up very high. The lights on them are phenomenal, the best I've used. And the feature on the hammer drill where it won't twist your arms off is really nice.

I was extremely skeptical these were the real deal for the price, and because of all the mixed reviews. Therefore, I did a TON of research to ensure these were not fake or remans. You can typically tell by looking at the hardware, printing of logos, textures, the way the battery charge level lights up, serial number lookup, etc. I'll start with the batteries, the hardware is the original security screws. The lights go left to right as they should. All of the stickers, textures, and even manufacture flash marks are uniform. Although the tools do have the smell some mentioned, they too are completely uniform as the batteries. They do have a small pencil mark on the contact point for the battery, from what I've found this is actually a QC marking from the factory and therefore a good thing! I have not tested the charging on the smaller stick type battery, but everything checks out on the charger and case too. All of the items have factory tags, packaging, and typical manual pamphlets. There was absolutely no sign of previous use or tampering and I looked as hard as I could! The serial numbers date back to 2023 almost to the exact 1 year mark today! Now, because Amazon is not an authorized partner of Milwaukee, you will not be eligible for the warranty, but if these tools are as good as their reputation you really shouldn't need it...but be mindful. I will update this review if I have problems but if you still see this one then all is well. If I could change one thing, it would be to have the seller ship them in a box. Mine arrived in the case it came with which is very tantalizing for would be theives and the case will see wear through shipping. Again, there wasn't a single scratch, scuff, discoloration, loose screw, etc these are brand new and I am happy with my product and this seller. I shopped around and found I would've paid the same price for the impact, charger, and 1 battery had I gone to any of Milwaukee's authorized box stores. So you basically get an extra battery, the drill, and the case free, minus the warranty. Pretty pricey warranty if you ask me. Not to mention I actually struggled to find the tools I wanted in stock while dealing with lousy customer service as far as attentiveness and knowledge at multiple stores.

works great. batteries are good but if you need more power larger batteries are out there, this kit will not let you downhave bought again for gifts for my teenage grandchildren, never too early to teach them abought being self reliant, and pride in their efforts. great brand to build on.

Aunque el taladro lleno mis expectativas cabe mencionar que el cargador dejo mucho de que hablar debo colocarlo en cabeza para que el cargador enchufe con la pila y prenda el foco de cargando de otra manera no puedo cargar pilas .Tal vez venga defectuoso, no lo sé pero no supe cómo hacer mi reclamo asà que termine quedándomelos .
