Amazon price is VERY good, as I can purchase these in my local hardware store for exactly twice the price. They are not Chinese copies, they are the OEM batteries. Stiff packaging, once removed, charged fully (stored at half) and they work 4.0 in all my tools.

My husband works long hours as a UPS delivery driver, he likes to listen to music or sports while delivering so he purchased a Milwaukee radio and, of course the battery. We purchased this two pack of batteries that cost the same as a single battery at Home Depot and my husband said that the new battery life was longer than the original battery life even when purchased new. So I don't know if technology has improved with these batteries but if you are hesitating ordering these because you think the price is too good to be true, DON'T!

I've been using Milwaukee batteries for a few years with no problems. In fact, they are better than several other rechargeable systems I have. The batteries are good and I believe they will last.The ridiculous problem is that they come packaged in an extremely difficult to open plastic clam shell. It's so tough that even with the use of heavy duty scissors and a sharp knife, it took me over 10-minutes to cut and pry the batteries from their packaging.

It does a very good job of cutting branches and trimming shrubs. A little awkward for a left handed person. A person with hand problems might find it too heavy but this person used two hands and it worked well.

Use these batteries in my 12volt compact drill /driver on a daily basis and they don’t disappoint… plenty of power and decent run time..
