Needed this last year when rebuilding my 3-sided garage that the wind weakened and I needed to redesign for better strength as it was built in the late 60's without home improvement plans like available nowadays as engineered kit builds. Still not done with garage as winter set in, but come spring this tool will get a manly workout. Tool arrived well protected and earlier than scheduled. For now, can't speak much of the tool, other than inserted a battery and tool came to life when I pulled the trigger. This makes about the 10th Milwaukee M12 tool I've gotten (some new, some used) and I'm not gentle. I purchase a tool to work and be reliable around the farm. With Milwaukee, I get that dependability and strength.

Love this tool. Very handy for small jobs. I’ve used it in everything from cutting copper plumbing lines to tree branches/pruning. Just make sure to swap to appropriate saw blade. Very Easy to switch blades

It works great in tight spots when a full size reciprocating saw will not do. It’s light and not really powerful. Light wood, PVC pipe and light gauge metal will give this tool (with a fresh battery) no problems. This is my third Hackzall by Milwaukee .

Packed with power, long lasting with the proper battery, like XC-50, reasonably priced at $69, in comparison to $79 Home Depot.Get yourself one,My two cents.

The tool works as far as I can tell, it came in a plastic bag and not its original box. The listing did not advertise it being delivered in a bag but it does appear to be new quality. The manual did come with it so I guess that is a plus. Delivery was a day late too. It did not come with a blade or anything, I luckily bought some elsewhere and they click in easily with a safety button.

Super handy size. I have a regular size reciprocating saw but this one is super cool for light duty stuff in confined areas.
