Items received all work and perform perfectly, however the picture shows the hammer drill included which is the tool I am needing most of all, instead I received the drill/driver which has basically become an obsolete tool due to impact drivers that perform the same function. If that issue had not arisen would definitely be a 5 star purchase!

One of the batteries quit working altogether. It will not charge and shows that it is fully charged. It will not power up any tools. Something is not right with it. Not sure what.

The Hackzall has quit running. We've had this less than a year. We have sent two messages to the seller with no response. We just want to find out the warranty information.
