Easy to use, and gives reliable and repeatable measurements. The only downside is the plastic cuvettes, which eventually get scuffed despite all efforts to keep them pristine. The plastic is sensible around a pool, for safety, but they should include a couple of glass vials as well - they'd be well worth the extra dollar or two.
