This product certainly is stackable, and it certainly holds paper. After a little bit of construction, I had a nice-looking way to hold handouts and stock paper.However, the bottom tray seems to always rock. Always. I switched the two trays so that the top was the bottom, and it rocked. I moved it to another countertop, and it still rocked. The right rear foot seems to always be 2-3mm off the surface, no matter the location in my classroom.

I like the look of the metal mesh, and the top tray sits higher than some others. That makes it easier to slide documents in and out of the tray, which is a definite plus. Overall, it's a documents tray, and works fine.
