The packaging also acts as a tray for the 511 Miracle enhancer, which is very convenient. The foam applicator fits perfectly in the tray and the container even has a slanted area where excess liquid can be removed from the applicator. I have used the applicator on two large rooms and it still works perfectly. To clean, I use warm water and rinse the solution off the applicator. Well worth the purchase, the applicator makes applying the solution very easy.

It works really well to spread sealer on tile. I only needed one tool (but I purchased two) for two coats on my kitchen tile.

I used two of the applicators to seal a 700 sq. ft. outdoor porch area. I was using 511 Seal and Enhance and found these applicators resulted in a smooth application. They are not durable so I wouldn't imagine reuse unless you are sealing a small area. The trays, as others have noted, are flimsy and useless. I used a disposable paint tray for the sealer and poured a small amount on each slate tile and then spread it with the applicator.

Used for applying sealer to my tile floor. Works great. Much more bang for your buck using this than a paintbrush. Would also be good to stain wood with. Very nice. Large profile. Makes the job as painless as can be. Use the package as a tray. Recommend.

Used only 3 of these to do my granite countertops. I used a brush the last time and it took the same time but it was MUCH harder and took a lot more energy to apply the sealer and keep it from drying. AND I used about 1/3 less sealer with these applicators than a brush. It was easy to keep the sealer moist for 15 minutes before the final polish with microfiber towels. I used BulletProof sealer and follow the instructions. If you look at the pic the applicator and the QT container of BulletProof I used are on the top of the island.

The packaging for this is the tray and the applicator feels like the same plastic. It’s mad cheap, and I threw it away when I was done with it. It seems like it did a great job, truthfully, but this is clearly single use plastic billed as a reusable tool and that’s just silly. I’ll probably just use a paint tray and roller next time. Great application, false advertising.

This stuff really protected my tile and grout. I recently took on the task of sealing my own entryway tile because the cost of getting it done professionally ran in the hundreds of dollars!! This stuff got great reviews, and I am pretty handy, so I gave it a shot. It really has worked great to repel dirt and buildup on my grout and tile, and it's been over a year. You can tell where I left off - so now I guess I better keep working! LOL!I hight recommend before paying a professional!

Wasn't sure if this would work well. My tiles were dry as could be. I tried using a microfiber towel 1st and knew it wouldn't spread evenly. Home Depot didn't have the applicator in store but Amazon shipped this and I had I same day by 11am. Worked as expected!

Makes it so much easier to apply! Would of given 5 stars, but it's seriously overpriced for what it's made of. Only really worth about £3.
