It charges, yes, but the design makes it quite bulky to pack around.

I purchased this because my extended life battery refused for some reason to charge on the desk charger. I noticed the plug and the battery and research led me to this cable. I purchased it and it did exactly what it's supposed to do - charge the battery. I also like the fact that I can now charge my battery while using the desk charger for another battery.

THIS IS FOR THE BATTERY CHARGER BASE, NOT THE BATTERY ITSELF. The AC adapter is not the correct size to be used in the port on the battery.

Seems to work good.... Only the first day installed but I did notice if you unplug the USB and it still plugged into the battery the green light down on the USB stays on.... So the power is back feeding from the battery....But while using the radio the red light would come on and it would charge up and then switch to green.... Seems to be working just fine...

Fits perfectly and works as expected. The charging light is a great bonus feature so you know when the battery is full.

Perfect. Now I can charge batteries anywhere go. I requested the bonus link and I received it. You need to specify if for IOS or Windows OS. Click shipper name and ask to receive the link. It took them 3-5 days to send me link only because I needed iOS and not windows os. Windows is the default link they will send you.
