fit perfect with my ASC delete on my e36 obd2 with a cosmos CAI. I shaved down my IAT sensor to fit in one of the holes on the bottom... Good product worth about 5 hp and better throttle response if you have supporting mods. Although, this should be one of the last on the list for Mods because you wont see much if any HP increase on a stock car.

Easy install and good bye old intake tube. I doubt there was any hp gains but looks much cleaner in the car

1995 E36 with an M50. Works well to delete the ASC throttle body but i did have to trim a 1/4 inch off each end to make it fit better without contacting the strut tower.
