These are really cool. There are 24 cups and 27 lights. It also comes with rubberized stickers to place on the bottom of each cup after positioning the light inside the well. I tried to include pictures of everything including the instructions. There are multiple different patterns on the cups, all themed for St Patrick's Day. The lights have a velcro sticker on the side that corresponds with the velcro sticker on the inside of the well on the underside of each cup. This makes installation very easy. Each bullet shaped light has a slide switch on the side of it for turning on and off. The lights are very bright so that they will shine through most liquids. I am very impressed with the quality of these cups and I would absolutely order them again.

I was hoping these would really glow, but they were more like translucent green cups with a tiny flashlight in them. I guess I thought the cups themselves were glow-in-the-dark, as well as having the light. One of the kids had some milk in a cup and you could barely tell there was a light on with the black sticker on the bottom. These definitely work best with clear beverages.The cups themselves are nice quality. We didn’t have any break at the party. A few tipped over, but that means it was a fun party! Overall, these were a fun addition to the party. Way more fun than red Solo cups.

The image shows these cups glowing and shrunk down and my immediate inclination was to think these were shot glasses, which is kind of why I ordered them. They're most definitely not. These are more the size of a whisky glass. Everything seems pretty cool with them but seeing them in person made me have to adjust expectations a bit on how I wanted to use them.

These will be a hit at our St Pats party this year. We use lots of black lights, so these cups will be glowing brightly. Nice quality! Would buy again.
