I don't use coolant unless I have to, it creates so much extra clean up work so when I saw this I thought it was worth a go, less coolant = less mess right? Unfortunately it needs quite a large amount of air to work, when you get it right it works well but my small compressor with it's 50l tank can only keep up for about 5 - 6 minutes before the air pressure drops off and then this does not work so well. I found it was better to not use coolant at all, block the coolant port and just feed air through the system. Now instead of holding the air nozzle I just set this up, aim it at the tool and observe without getting weary arms.
