These come vacuum sealed so they are pretty flat when you opened them, but with some fluffing they bounce back nicely. They fill the pillow perfectly! Just what I wanted for my living room. Great support & softness. Good price, too!

My husband bought what he thought was pillows and it turned out to be just pillow cases, so I purchased these pillow inserts. They were perfect for the 12x20 cases that we now owned and the combination of pillow and cases provide good lumbar support while lounging on the couch. They have stayed fluffy, and not become flat with use. I would recommend.

I’m not sure why this is the case but one pillow has a very thick type of material and makes it stiff to stand up on its own, which makes it sit in a pillowcase nicely. The other is very soft and flimsy and a very thin soft cover. It’s a bit disappointing but I guess at that price range, it’s probably par for the course.

Just the perfect size for my couch. I bought 2 so I use 1 to support my neck and the other to rest my head on on the arm of the couch

I ordered two sizes of pillows from this company and the 18 x 18 had nice soft cotton covers but these were cheap disposable pillows, like the ones you get on airplanes. Once I washed them and put them in dryer they puffed up nicely. Going to keep

I was pleasantly surprised to find that these pillows maintain their shape. They have not gone flat. But I think I should have gotten larger pillows.

These pillows came very flat as most pillows do when they are vacuum sealed into a bag. However, fluffing them by hand and in the drier doesn’t get them much fluffier. They fit into the covers that I had but didn’t really fill them out. If you are going for the full look then these aren’t really it. However, I didn’t really care that much and it still does the job I wanted it to do. The material is soft. I do not regret purchasing, especially for the decent price.
