These look and feel like more expensive alternatives. Good design and looks and it came with some extra items that I wasn't expecting-- several rubber "strap locks" to help keep the strap from slipping off. I didn't notice these prior to ordering.

The finish on these strap buttons was very nice. My daughter brought a ukulele and wanted me to install some gold buttons to match the gold tuners. These buttons came with good screws and felt washers. Looks great and functions well to hold her strap.

Give 4 stars so far I’ll see how these locks evolve but I realized that the screws aren’t a real good material since the entry got a little messed up with the crew driverAre serving the purpose so far and I’m happy with it

Went fir a set of four of these for a couple guitars the main one being my 1943 Gibson ES-125. This old worn brass look suited the guitar perfect.Screws are good length and well locked in.Read a few reviews saying the come loose! More than likely a a case of them glueing the hole up with wood so the screws got some chance of holding on up I n there.Don’t be put off by these people…

buttons are good and holds strap securely. mounting screws poor quality: stripped head on first screw, had to use 2nd one provided.

I love the look of these tarnished brass buttons against the dark mahogany finish on my ukulele. Installation was simple after watching a couple of videos on the topic. The size of the pilot holes for the screws is important, especially for the brass screws The brass is soft and stripping the screw head is easy to do if the hole is to small.
