It actually does take the pressure off your neck. It’s a little uncomfortable at first but it does work well and I like the one I have it just took me a minute to get used to it. It doesn’t hurt my neck.

Seems to be well-made but you have to bend the shoulder pieces yourself. I tried bending the shoulder pieces but did not get it right. It would help if instructions were included on how to set this strap up. I spent about 30 minutes trying to set this up.The item seems to be made well but I could not get it set up properly.

Good product for small shoulder people. It’s nice to relieve the pressure off my neck but it digs into my neck and causes a rash because it doesn’t go wide enough for my shoulders with a band uniform.

My son loves this! He plays tenor, and is still young, so the weight on the neck strap hurts his neck. He loves this shoulder strap. You do have to bend it a little bit when you get it so you can adjust it to fit.

I was really hoping that this shoulder strap would be the solution to discomfort whilst playing tenor sax. I've tried several different neck and shoulder strap styles and none of them comfortably carried the tenor. This one has features like the metal spreader above the plastic covered metal hook, but the biggest selling point is the padded leather shoulders. These need to be customized by bending the metal to conform to your own body shape and size and by adjusting the width in the back. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get it to fit or stay in position, the shoulder straps would slide forward and the front tips would dig into my chest, quite painfully. I tried adjusting it in different ways but never got it to feel right. It's a pity because it looks like a well made product, from the real leather cover to the attractive gold colored hardware.

Excellente qualité. Très satisfait du produit. Ajustement facile pour mon saxophone tenor. Le poid du saxophone ne se limite pas seulement autour du cou après 1 heure ou plus !
