This was a lot of good stuff for a pretty reasonable price! I was needing bowls and a mixer pretty quick and didn’t wanna pay an arm and a leg for different sets. I like glass or stainless mixing bowls. These are great and I love the different size bowls. Mixer works just fine too, it is small and I don’t know how long it will last, but for how little I really use one, it is perfect for me. The measuring cups are great as well. I like the way they look and that they are stainless like the bowls, easy to clean!

The best mixing pans for baking I’ve ever owned. Varied sizes give me a choice, and the lids are very handy for storage. Great products!

I really liked the set of mixing bowls. The have useful covers that most metal bowls lack making them desirable. They fit together nicely when stacked, and take minimal space in the cupboard. They are constructed of thinner stainless metal however, which may lead to easy warping or misshapen form.

Absolutely love this set! Baking utilizes so many dishes and I love how I can just grab another bowl no problem and just continue baking as well as the fact that it’s stainless steel so I have no worries about chemicals or etc. I noticed with plastic bowls sometimes the plastic pieces would peel off and go into the dough I realized this when baking a cake and threw all my plastic bowls away bought these and have not turned around since . They are very durable sturdy not too light or heavy , seal works great ! Holds a decent amount of ingredients I even use it to store my rice or soup if I run out of Tupperware . Overall great definitely would buy again !

Excellent gift set for this last holiday white elephant. Quality material and easily stores away. The slip resistant on the bottom of bowls was a hit.

The bowls aren't heavy like your mother's were, but I like the lightness because my hands aren't as agile. They came nestled together with color lids to boot. The measuring cups are lightweight and the spoons are great. It came with plastic tools which I've used already. I'm pleased with this entire set.

Maybe I'm expecting a bit too much. Last time I bought steel mixing bowls was in the 90's, but even back then, sturdiness and a well-made product were making way for planned obsolescence (thanks Iacocca, you sucked!)...This was a bit of a surprise, though. I'd carefully shopped when I bought my long-ago set, so I knew what I was looking for - a well-rounded lip, uniform on each bowl; the offset just below that lip, so that similarly sized bowls won't form a suction bond so strong, they fuse into one; flat bottoms and unpolished exterior, to provide stability; polished interior, to make cleanup easier. This set has all those features. With all those details indicating a high-quality set, I was a bit surprised by the features that I found lacking. First of all, they're about as thick as a sheet of parchment paper. Thicker than notebook paper, but definitely FAR thinner than I'd expected from steel mixing bowls. They're definitely NOT on par with, say, the bowl for my Kitchen aid stand mixer, and not even close to my 90's set! My other problem was the size. With so many bowls in the set, I didn't check the dimensions as carefully as I should. These things are okay, but I certainly can't mix up a triple batch of cookie dough in here, and my husband won't be mixing the filling for his apple pies in here, either. Turn out, it's going to cost me around $120 more to buy the bigger bowls we need. I'm very lucky that only one of those from my last set has grown feet.Without spending a bloody fortune, this is probably the best you'll do for less than $500+. It's just a sad thing to see, that they're so thin, small, and flimsy, I'll probably be replacing them a LOT sooner than 25 years from now. My last set was cheap enough on the pay of a lower enlisted in the army to afford, and I still have several of those. If I can keep those from disappearing as my kids move out, I expect I'll still have those when I buy my next set. I really hope those are thicker than heavy duty aluminum foil! While the bowls are definitely NOT worth 4 stars, the extras are nicer than they are, so they earn a couple more.
