i bought this tumbler due to its high capacity and the excellent price. its a sturdy machine and at 25lb capacity the opening is big enough for larger items. as of yet no signs of issues. great value

This thing is too easy to use, works well, I usually find the rocks and my husband does the polishing, it works out for us😊

After using for a year its just not good, the barrel constantly drifts to one side or the other then a hole will wear through the rubber lid, then the bearings go out with no place I've seen anywhere for replacement. So now im stuck with a very expensive useless broken POS. I thought i was getting a top of the line rig but just junk without parts to fix.

Fantastic machine at a great value and built simply so it's easy to understand. Been running mine everyday for almost two years. I had a breakdown from a bearing seizing up and MJR's customer service was wonderful. They shipped out the replacement parts at a very reasonable cost and had me back up and running in no time. The repair was straight forward and it made me more familiar with my machine. After repairing it, I realized that this is a lifetime product and I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the device, or the customer support. It reminded me of the acronym - KISS (Keep It Simple, stupid!). I was hesitant to purchase because I learned my craft from a gentleman using Diamond Pacific, but I couldn't afford that brand's product. I am entirely happy that I found MJR and the results are identical to what I was aiming for out of DP.

I ordered two of these tumblers for a Christmas gift. Had a problem, called the company and they immediately took care of the issue. They offered a quick solution. Above and beyond what I expected. Very impressive customer service!
