I purchased this 2 years ago and use it for badge access about 20-30 times a day for different buildings. I will pull my badge to access doors or other RFID scanners and have not had a single issue. I am still using the fires one with no obvious ware and tear.

So far so good I’ve been searching for a strong durable key / key cards / etc retractable holder that don’t rip or hang loose. This one so far as soon as I open it was great feel to it . Strong retraction . Feels like it can hold all my keys and key cards . I’ll be putting it to use today so I will give a more thorough review of its function . But well worth it so far . If your like me and need a strong strong retractable . Buy it and try it .

I like this badge holder, and I've been very pleased with it -- until it broke after only two months of use. It seems like it's a robust and well-made product, but this experience has left me doubtful. I tried contacting the seller/Amazon, and got the message that there are no replacements for this item. It's a good thing they're sold in pairs, so I can use the other one as a back-up. If the first one breaking was just a fluke, and the second one lasts, then I'll be okay with it. But at this point, I'm not feeling very confident this will be the case, and I'd suggest caution if you're considering buying this.Update: Raising my rating from 3 stars to 4, as the seller reached out to me and sent me a free replacement. Very good customer service, and I appreciate that.

I purchased the two pack. The quality is superb I work in a grocery store and have to constantly provide overrides. The retractable badge is feature is awesome. Definitely recommend.

Great product. The retractable cord is metal so it’s much more durable than the standard thin cord that usually is used. Very happy with the quality.

Holds key card with strong clip. Having 2 for the money paid is great value. Easy to fit keys and bits on so works wonders, long retractable cable so good reach on it.
