Purchased as reward for middle schoolers after reading. We thought the students might feel too old to use them ..were we wrong! We found they spend a long time on the large size so we cut them in half. They get to be creative and still finish by bell time. Even the boys light up when we bring these out! Be advised, as they scratch off the black, it gets in their desks. We have paper towels and wet wipes. They are old enough to clean up so no problems. These are a terrific treat for our school. We needed far more sticks than came in the PKG so just cut chop sticks in half.

I bought these to give to young people for Christmas - something to DO rather than just something to have. The kids loved them! They created all sorts of wonderful art, each child choosing a different theme. Great gift for young children. (All were 10 or younger in my gift group.)

I'm on a budget, so have to watch my pennies. Brought this and some sticker/coloring books for 3 and 5 year old grandkids. They pulled this one out and went to town. My 3 year old had problems with holding the stencil down and scraping the "black" off at the same time. For her I should buy larger stencils with more area to uncover. But considering her age and dexterity she did a great job. I think she is challenged by her older brother and wants to do whatever he does. I never hear "I can't do this" from her which is awesome. I had to fuss at them to slow down and complete an entire sheet before wanting to go to a next clean sheet. They would have flown through the entire pack if I hadn't put a limit on them. I recommend sitting with your child the first time and watching the frustration level. Those wood scrapers are more like a manicure stick you push your cuticles back with. You will need to make sure they have the scraper angled the correct way or they won't get results. Once they get the hang of it they will love this. I will not rebuy. I will buy just the paper, larger stencils and find better scrapers. But this is a great one time product.

Bright colors, good paper weight and various sizes in the pack allowed it to last longer, as an entire large page wasn't used every time and we didn't have to cut them in half ourselves to achieve that. Easy to pack, we brought them on a visit to our 10 y.o. granddaughter, who couldn't wait to use them, and drew on them every day of our visit.

Alla ricerca di un regalo x una bambina di 7 anni mi sono imbattuta in questi cartoncini da '' grattare'' x creare il disegno... E stato un successone, ben oltre le aspettative.. Piaciuto tantissimo ed escono fuori delle vere opere d'arte..Anche il fratellino di 5 anni che non adora disegnare né è rimasto affascinato!
