This matches my husband’s Walker perfectly. It makes him laugh to scare people with it:). It comes with an attachment part designed for a bike. I went to the hardware store for something larger and was able to fasten it

More than sufficiently loud. It worked perfectly for 3 months.... then the internals fell apart. I attempted a repair, but it's difficult to properly re-install the "bulb".

The bladder fell off multiple times while using it repeatedly. Had to secure it with a ziptie.

Bought this for surprise on bicycle. The rubber ball came distorted so sound of horn is affected by it. No time to return. Dissappointed.

I honk at people with this horn. I only honk at them if they have a sticker on their car that reads "Dont honk at me or I will cry" or the "coexist" sticker
