Assembly was a breeze. We bought 4 and had them all assembled in about 30 minutes. Lots of comments about the Allen wrench. Maybe they have upgraded. All 4 came with a nice, sturdy T-handle Allen wrench.Very high quality material, easy assembly and very comfortable to sit in. The seat is not super deep like some Adirondack chairs can be. Nice modern take on a classic design. We chose slate grey and are very, very satisfied.Update! It turned out that one of our chairs had a noticeable scratch in one of the backrest panels. Contacted customer support. Sent the a picture of the damage along with a picture of the chair serial number and our Amazon order number on Monday, tracking number says replacement will arrive tomorrow (Wednesday). That's customer service!!!*** 4 years update *** Absolutely no color fade, no stains, no deterioration at all. This product is GREAT ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘***5 years update,*** Still absolutely no color fade, no stains, no determination at all. These are outdoors, no cover, year around. Gave them a quick wash, retightened all the bolts and screw and you couldn't tell them from new!Once again I say, This Product is GREAT! ðŸ‘

As a purist, I was not convinced about getting plastic versions of these chairs, but I liked the modern look and figured I would try it. They are sturdy, feels great, comfortable & easy to install. I did it in about 10 mins per chair. the best thing about them is not having to worry about maintaining the wood every year. Easy to clean, just wipe them down. They're beautiful. I will most likely get 2 more.

I ordered 4 of these chairs and they arrived perfectly on schedule. Assembly was super easy and took about 5-7 minutes each. They are sturdy and comfortable to lounge in. I would definitely recommend them but beware, they will accommodate medium and possibly large frame individuals but that’s it! The width will not comfortably accommodate wider individuals.

I searched the internet for poly wood chairs and found that most sites could not deliver for about 6 weeks or more. Of course, Amazon came to the rescue and in two days I received my shipment. I was concerned that the chair pieces would be damaged because the outer cartons are flimsy and the pieces are not wrapped or protected—but everything was perfect and I am very satisfied. Assembly, as others note, is extremely easy and all the hardware is in a sealed bag. I bought 6 chairs and the delivered product was 100 percent accurate. one improvement, I would ask that the poly wood folks add a wrench to the install packet to make tightening the nuts and bolts easier.

To start these chairs look amazing and we know they will last years with a 20 year residential warranty. They are comfortable and the color is exactly what I was looking for. As for assembly... a bit difficult, would have been much easier with two people as the manufacture suggested. But assembly is not why these didn’t revive a 5/5. I had a few damaged in shipping, I would have had to send the whole chair back. So I ended up just fixing them with deck screws. One other issue is that they flex a lot! It’s strange maybe I’m just comparing them to woods, but both arms and back flex when sitting in them. For the cost I feel they should feel more sturdy. The other down side and (this will be fixed over time) is when the individual slats and boards had been made when cutting or rounding the edge they have pieces that didn’t get cut clear off. They are easy enough to pick off with your fingers. This can be seems in one of the photos attached. Again for the cost should the customer have to do that? No they should look great out of the box.That said I do really like them and will probably end up buying some side tables down the road. You also should feel great and they are made from recycled materials.Over all I would buy again. I hope this was helpful.

I purchased the Adirondack chair and table to replace wooden ones that had rotted. I am pleased with the quality of the polywood line. So excited that it is weatherproof and chair is comfortable!

I bought this used-good. But it looked brand new. All the components were there, including the correct fasteners. Everything fit looks as durable as my other Pollywood. This one was a really good bargain. Only thing that used up was the box.

Overall, these are great chairs! Nicely constructed, heavy duty, and comfortable. Two things stopping a five star review; 1) the price is on the high side compared to others, and 2) the vertical arm braces are too short which makes the arms a little bit flimsy.Both of those points don't really matter since the chains come with a 20 year warranty. If something breaks it will be replaced, which makes the higher price tag worth it.
