We’ve had this shower head for a few months now and I love it. I originally got it because I was going to have surgery and needed the handheld option. I like how it is fixed to the base by a magnet (it’s very strong!).Several reviewers noted that it leaks. At first, ours did too, and our contractor said that that’s how these dual showerheads often are. He tightened some of the parts, but it still leaked. He also suggested switching around the lever that directs the water to let out any water that has built up in the lines. That didn’t immediately work, but it did lessen the drip. Then a week or so later, I noticed it wasn’t dripping anymore and it hasn’t since. I would advise hanging on to your old shower head for a little while in case this new one leaks, but give it a few weeks to work out its issues before returning.I’m very happy with it now. I fine the water pressure to be perfect, not too weak. The different settings are easy to use, however I don’t like the mist setting because the water ends up colder by the time it gets to your skin. The cord is not very long, but long enough to work for a shower, not necessarily for spraying all the sides of the shower closely.The material seems durable enough and has a nice sheen. The unit does look a bit big at first if you’re used to a smaller head, but it looks normal to me now. Now I feel guilty for having such a luxurious shower head while my kids have our old one!

This is a very good looking and functional combo shower head. Well-built and easy to install. I did swap out the old shower arm with a Moen 8†arm which matched the finish perfectly. Only down side is the lack of adjustments on the hand held. It’s a slide switch with only 2 outputs. Also this one does not have a shutoff button. Still worth the price.

We’ve had this shower head for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. Here are our observations:1. With our city water pressure, the spray pressure is very good. We have gone through some shower heads in the past that you barely felt like you were getting wet. Not with this one.2. The controls to switch from the fixed shower head to the hand held one is very smooth and you can go completely from one head to the other or have a combination of both.3. You can also go from a strong stream to a fin mist with both shower heads and you can mix and match them to your liking.4. The Magnetix mount on the hand held shower head is strong and keeps it in place better than other hand held units we’ve had in the past.5. The spot free finish does keep the fixture cleaner for longer and is easily cleaned with the wipe of a cloth.6. There are many ways to adjust the shower to suit your needs.I highly recommend this unit.

Best showerhead I've ever owned. The dual spray function with the rain shower feature has an abundance of pressure. I especially like the adjustable rain shower head and the handheld sprayer on at the same time in 2 different directions for full body coverage. Black is beautiful, but if you're picky about water spots, you may want to go with another finish. I have to dry it after every use because of hard water, which isn't a big deal for me. I recommended it to several friends.

The showerhead loses one star due to the pinhole size of water flow on invigoration setting. The showerhead would have been perfect if the invigoration setting had a larger water flow on invigoration setting. The rainshower is nice and soothing, like a warm hug, and the magnetic function is neat. The installation was really easy and went without a hitch. The infiniti dial to change the settings is a nice touch.

I can't say I ever gave much thought to my showerheads before, but WOW - the whole family is really enjoying this one. I love that the spray type is so adjustable on both heads. I also love that, even as a 5' tall person, I can reach the diverter to switch to the handheld and back. This set does need a bit of clearance behind it. Right now I have a shower arm that's probably 4" or less, and because the showerhead screws into it so close to the wall, the cord pushes the handheld out a bit and prevents it from sitting properly in the magnetic cradle, unless I turn the showerhead a certain way. It's never fallen out, but I'd rather just get a 6" or 8" shower arm. They're pretty inexpensive and easy to replace, and well worth it to enjoy this shower set. It has a pretty strong pressure. When you set it to the more misty spray, it is softer, but still pushes water out at a pretty high rate. If you like a softer pressure, this one may not be for you. Keep in mind there's only something like 40 holes in the bigger head, that push out 2.5 gallons per minute. On a shower head with more holes, even the same 2.5 gpm might not feel as strong.Update - I ended up buying a super fancy expensive shower system for a different bathroom, where just the shower head alone costs twice as much as this set, and the consensus is that we actually prefer this Moen verso shower head to the super fancy expensive one, because of how strong and adjustable the spray is.
