I bought the moen Weymouth faucet trim and shower head for the looks and color- it’s a darker gold, and had to buy a moen spout to match the color. I actually did find an off brand that would match but wasn’t nice quality. I did not like the spout for the Weymouth collection, so I chose this instead. I installed it myself easily, and used some water tight silicone to seal around it. Well after a couple weeks it seemed loose when I would pull up to divert the flow to the shower head. A couple weeks ago after months of use it actually came off when my son was showering. I was pissed. I re-installed, and it’s not loose anymore. In fact it’s better than it was but I’m very wary.It does the job, flow is fine, seems durable as it hasn’t changed color or scratched or anything. I really like the gold color of this verses the other big brands pale gold colors that will be out of style in a year.

Went through 2 previous cheap spouts that both leaked out the back and had a little trouble installing. The Moen spout is super easy install, zero leaks at all. Worth the cost!

Defective, sends a high speed jet of water down into tub when diverter is pulled. This is second one I ordered as the first one delivered was clearly used with dirt and mineral stains in it. Just returning this one as well as its not worth the effort dealing with Moen. I figured for over a hundred dollars it would at least divert water properly. Disappointing.

I needed this in a rush because I didn’t realize that my pipes were set up for a moen but I originally had kohler. Well, it came so fast and now I love it! So glad I went with Moen

This kept leaking after installation but turns out the o ring inside had slipped into the wrong place. Likely the reason the last person returned it. My husband wasn’t able to fix it but luckily I’m more patient & strong willed. Using long tweezers I and a metal pick I was able to rebuild it and make it work.
